Electronics Engineering Technology

Associate in Applied Science

 

Program Description:  The Electronics Engineering Technology curriculum is designed to prepare students for beginning level employment in a wide range of technical positions.  There are few programs with a career path as wide and deep as Electronics Engineering Technology.  Some of the opportunities include computer networking and repair, manufacturing, robotics, home automation, alternative energy, biomedical technology (hospital equipment), office machine maintenance and repair, communications electronics (like cell phone towers and phone networks), commercial broadcasting (radio and television), engineering technician (bringing new products to market), and aerospace technology (electronics that fly). 

 

Bishop State is a SACS accreted college and courses are transferrable to all state colleges.
