Quick Study Labs has several classes you may be interested in.  Edison Project requires the purchase of lab equipment (about $40) and is packed with two years of fun, educational experiments.  You can subscribe eight weeks at a time.  Edison project is designed to bring out the inventor in every learner age 8 to 108.  GREEN TECHNOLOGY is a summer only class.  GT is all about different sources of energy and experiments with solar cells, water wheels, hand-crank generators, wind mills, and much more.  Chose "About the Classes on the main menu for complete details.
